Each bellemax hyaluronic acid dose is sterile and free of preservatives - this is guaranteed by the aseptically filled single-use ampoules made of high-purity plastic. They are manufactured as ampoule blocks on a bottelpack system bp460: 150-180 million pieces per year. The ampoule flags provide space for labelling and placement in the attractive secondary packaging. Removing the handy twist-off cap creates a drip-ready opening. This makes the ampoules perfect for daily use and lets customers carry them safely in their handbags without the risk of breaking, for example.

Viscontour Serum contains highly concentrated hyaluronic acid. Even a small daily dose is highly effective. Sterile single-use ampoules from a fill volume of  1 ml are therefore the primary packaging of choice. There are produced cost-effectively and on a large scale on a bp 460 bottelpack filling line. The excellent assured sterility removes the need for preservatives during filling, which enhances the attractiveness of the cosmetic product.

Each Valeri ampoule holds two millilitres of hyaluronic acid with collagen, providing the perfect amount for one to two applications. For this purpose, the head can simply be twisted off and put on again if required. A light pressure on the sleeve, made of high-purity plastic, is enough to let the liquid drip out. Producing this convenient packaging with BFS technology ensures reliability during filling. Cost-effective production also unlocks attractive margins.
